If you would like to come and see me in one of my clinics please contact me us by selecting one of your chosen hospitals here. If you are not certain whether we can help and would like an informal chat please feel free to ring Elaine on 07375 064324.

Please bring with you to your appointment a list of all medications you take as well as all relevant clinic letters and test results that you have had. For your first appointment please either bring a urine sample in a white topped universal container or be prepared to provide a sample at the clinic.

GP's and other Healthcare professionals

Thank you for considering referring your patient to us. If you would like to refer a patient please e mail a referral to info@hertskidneycare.co.uk.
Alternatively the patient can book directly and bring the referral letter with them.

It is very helpful to have information about the patient’s past medical history, medications and relevant test results included in the referral, as well as contact details for the patient, preferably a mobile telephone number and email address.

I am recognised by most major insurance companies although not currently AXA. Please check with your insurance company before seeing me.

Due to the differential facility costs the cost of an appointment varies depending on where I see you.
